Manual product tank LOCTITE EQ RC30 – Automatic product tank LOCTITE EQ RC32

The “Loctite EQ RC30 Manual Product Tank” and “Loctite EQ RC32/34 Automatic Product Tank” have been specially developed for dispensing 1K Loctite adhesives for workstations, laboratories and industrial plants as well as for semi-automatic processes. The devices are generally used with a dispensing valve for manual and tabletop applications. A Loctite control unit is generally used for semi-automatic and fully automatic processes.

Integrated product tank LOCTITE EQ RC40 and RC50

The integrated product tanks “Loctite EQ RC40” and “Loctite Pulse EQ RC50” offer the advantage that they are a combination of a 2-channel controller and a product tank in one device that has two independent digital timing channels. This makes it possible to control two pneumatic outputs. In addition, the devices can be used to control Loctite dispensing valves and the integrated Loctite dispensing devices allow extended digital connection options as well as precise pressure control for low viscosity dispensing applications.

LOCTITE CL42 LED floodlight system & optional curing chamber

The “Loctite EQ CL42 LED floodlight system” is highly intensive. It has been specially developed for curing light-reactive Loctite adhesives. Thanks to the large exposure area, it is suitable for curing large components. The curing area can be further increased if required, as the LED floodlights are mounted side by side. The system can be easily integrated into a table-top or fully automated process.

Optionally, a fully enclosed curing chamber can be added to the system (plug-and-play).
