LOCTITE HY 4090

LOCTITE HY 4090 is a high-viscosity, off-white to light yellow, gel-like adhesive. It opens up completely new areas of application for structural bonding – for the very first time, the properties of instant adhesives are combined with those of epoxies, resulting in further remarkable advantages. Reaches hand strength in 90–180 seconds and is suitable for gap sizes up to 5 mm. Resistant to vibration, shock, and impact loads. The best results are achieved when used with the LOCTITE® 50 ml static mixer (IDH 1826921), LOCTITE® 400 ml static mixer (IDH 1573135) or the LOCTITE® 96001 (IDH 267452) or LOCTITE® 983439 (IDH 218311) dispensing gun.
