LOCTITE CL42, LED Flood Curing Light Sources

The modular system consists of the LOCTITE® CL42 area illuminator and the CL42 control unit (to be ordered separately). The system is available with a wavelength of 365 nm (order no. G2804955) or 405 nm (order no. G2804956). Each CL42 area illuminator consists of 120 high-performance LEDs with integrated reflectors, suitable for homogeneous exposure of areas up to 100 mm x 100 mm. The average service life of the area illuminators is 20,000 hours under normal operating conditions. The system is compatible with manual workstations and automated production lines.
