LOCTITE Pulse RC50

The LOCTITE Pulse RC50 control unit has two (2) independent digital time control channels that enable the control of two (2) pneumatic outputs. These outputs can be used to control dispensing valves or any automatic dispensing valve or pneumatic manual dispensing valves from LOCTITE®. The control unit can be activated either via the start/stop button on the touchscreen, a foot switch (included in delivery), or an external start signal. It can be used in time-controlled or continuous mode for drop or bead dispensing. The product tank can hold Loctite original containers in sizes of 250 ml, 500 g, and 1 to supply dispensing valves. The dispenser is suitable for manual workstations as well as for integration into automated production lines. The dispenser is Industry 4.0-compatible and offers communication/connectivity via Ethernet, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi.
