LOCTITE CL42, Dual Controller

The LOCTITE CL42 dual LED control unit is used to control LOCTITE CL42 floodlights. These are available separately in wavelengths of 365 nm and 405 nm. The dual control unit includes a foot switch and a power cord. The required LED floodlight is available separately. This system is suitable for manual workstations as well as for integration into automated production lines. The LOCTITE CL42 dual LED floodlight control unit can be operated in continuous or time-controlled mode. The exposure time and intensity can be set individually for each floodlight in multiple stages. The exposure cycle can be started using the start/stop button on the front, a foot switch (included in delivery), or via a PLC connection with an external start signal. This LED light source causes no thermal damage or harmful effects on exposed objects. Due to its low power consumption, it is a sustainable and energy-saving curing system.
