LOCTITE ABLESTIK 8387BS

LOCTITE® ABLESTIK 8387B is a 1-part, black, non-conductive epoxy adhesive for high-throughput die-attach applications. It contains 30 µm polymer spacers for bond line thickness control. It cures when exposed to heat and will cure at temperatures as low as 100°C (212°F).
