abovo EasyCall: Simple call-off via QR code for framework agreements
Cleanroom and ESD specialist wholesaler abovo is now making the call-off process for framework agreements even faster and more user-friendly thanks to a new QR-based call-off system. Thanks to the digital abovo EasyCall function, customers can scan a QR code previously placed in the warehouse at the respective storage location, shelf or pallet of the product and thus reorder the required materials in no time at all. With our modern material logistics system, supplies are always in the warehouse on time.
How does abovo EasyCall work?
With the new abovo EasyCall ordering system, customers can simply scan the QR code at the storage location of the desired product to reorder it if required. This is how the EasyCall function works in detail:
- Define call-off framework agreement: Together with the customer, abovo defines in the call-off framework agreement which product or products are to be delivered. In addition, the total quantity and call-off quantities, the term and the conditions are agreed.
- Attach QR codes: Once the call-off contract has been concluded, the customer receives a PDF file with all the contract details – including a QR code for each product ordered. This QR code can simply be printed out and attached to the respective storage location, shelf or pallet.
- Call up replenishment by scan: As soon as replenishment of a product is required, simply scan the QR code with your smartphone, which takes you directly to the pre-filled order page on the abovo website.
- Confirm order: On the order page, the customer now only has to enter their e-mail address and confirm that they wish to order the desired product. The customer immediately receives a confirmation by e-mail, while the order is processed immediately and dispatch is prepared.
- Next working day delivery: The ordered product is dispatched on the same working day as the call-off and arrives with the customer on the next working day.
Note on last call-off: If the last item in the framework agreement has been reached, i.e. all agreed quantities have been called off by the customer, abovo informs the customer so that a new framework agreement can be defined in good time.
