LOCTITE® ABLESTIK JM 7000 is a silver, cyanate ester-based, electrically and thermally conductive adhesive for high-throughput die-attach applications. It’s proven effective on rigid substrates such as alumina, gold-plated alumina, and heat sinks with die sizes up to 700 mil. It cures when exposed to heat and experiences low weight loss during cure. LOCTITE ABLESTIK JM 7000 has been approved by DESC and Rome Laboratory for military products.
