The shoe test station checks the functionality of ESD footwear in accordance with IEC 61340. The test station automatically measures the footwear as soon as you stand on the shoe measuring electrode. The measurement is indicated both acoustically and visually (HIGH, PASS, LOW). The operating instructions are printed on the clearly laid out device, which is designed for wall mounting. The test station is equipped with a relay for activating a door opener or similar device, with an opening time that can be set from 1 to 60 seconds.
The HIGH limit value can be programmed from 20 to 100 MOhm and the LOW limit value from 0.05
to 5.0 MOhm by simply placing the desired resistance on the shoe measuring electrode.
