LOCTITE EQ CL40, Spot Curing Quad Controller

Two versions of the LOCTITE CL40 4-channel control unit are available, with wavelengths of 365 nm and 405 nm. (Order no. 2804938 and order no. 2804937, sold separately). The 4-channel control unit comes with a foot switch and a power cord. The required LED spotlights are sold separately and are not included in the scope of delivery. A maximum of four (4) LED spotlights can be installed. This system is suitable for manual workstations and for integration into automated production lines. The CL40 4-channel control unit can be operated in continuous or time-controlled mode. The exposure time and intensity can be set individually for each spotlight in several stages. The exposure cycle can be started and stopped using the start/stop button on the front, a foot switch (included in delivery), or via a PLC connection with an external start signal. Due to its low power consumption, this is a sustainable and energy-saving curing system.
