LOCTITE EA 9497

LOCTITE® EA 9497 is a high-temperature resistant structural adhesive with good thermal conductivity. This medium-viscosity 2K epoxy adhesive reliably bonds sheet metal or electrical components when toughness and thermal conductivity are important. It withstands temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) and offers high gap-filling capability and high compressive strength in harsh environments. This makes it ideal for thermally conductive bonding applications, such as bonding metal sheets for good heat dissipation and potting electronic components. It is also used for bonding surface-mounted (SPM) and internal permanent magnets (IPM).
