LOCTITE 290

LOCTITE 290 is a medium/high-strength liquid threadlocker for securing and sealing threaded joints. Due to its low viscosity and high capillary action, the product penetrates into the thread spaces without the need to loosen the joints beforehand. The product cures in the absence of air between tightly fitting metal surfaces and prevents spontaneous loosening and leaks caused by shocks and vibrations. The product can also fill porosities in weld seams, cast and sintered metal parts.

- Must be heated for disassembly
