LOCTITE 567

LOCTITE® 567 is a white, single-component thread sealant for securing and sealing tapered pipe threads and metal fittings. As an anaerobic thread sealant, it cures in the absence of air between tightly fitting metal surfaces and prevents self-loosening and leaks caused by shock and vibration. The product's high lubricity prevents seizing of stainless steel, aluminum, or other metal pipe threads and allows for easy disassembly. The product offers high-temperature performance and oil tolerance. It tolerates minor surface contamination from various oils, such as cutting, lubricating, anti-corrosion, and protective oils. Meets the performance requirements of KIWA GASTEC QA AR 214 for gas mixtures containing up to and including 100% hydrogen – certifications are available in selected countries.
