LOCTITE 549

LOCTITE 549 is an orange, high-strength, slow-curing, thixotropic methacrylate thread sealant. It cures under metal contact and air exclusion between thread pitches up to M80/R3". It is suitable for all metal threads and has a breakaway torque of 20 Nm. It has a viscosity of 20,000 mPa·s and an operating temperature range of -55 °C to +150 °C.
