LOCTITE 5205

LOCTITE® 5205 is a medium-strength (tensile shear strength 3 N/mm²) methacrylate-based surface sealant that offers semi-flexible properties. The product is used to seal machined, torsion-resistant metal flanges, is anaerobically curing and is suitable for gap sizes up to 0.25 mm. A typical application is as a formed-in-place surface sealant for gearbox and engine housings.
