LOCTITE 262

LOCTITE 262 is a universal, red, medium to high strength, thixotropic screw lock based on methacrylate. It achieves hand tightness in 15 minutes on steel, 8 minutes on brass, and 180 minutes on stainless steel. Product monitoring by fluorescence under UV light. Ideal for applications where migration of adhesive must be avoided. Tolerates light contamination from industrial oils. Suitable for all metal threaded joints.
