ESD measuring device Combi-meter Safe-STAT

The Safe-STAT combination meter measures surface, continuity, and resistance to ground in accordance with IEC 61340 with a measuring voltage of 100 volts. The device has integrated parallel electrodes on the underside and only needs to be placed on the surface to be measured. Side connections enable measurements via external electrodes. With its integrated wristband tester for checking personnel grounding via wrist strap and cable, this handy combination device is ideal for quickly checking EGB workstations, personnel grounding, and similar applications. The device has been successfully tested by a testing laboratory of a renowned electronics group in accordance with IEC 61340.
