On October 8, 2026, the Dastex Group acquired the Swiss cleanroom distributor abovo, thereby strengthening its local presence in Switzerland. The acquisition builds on a long-standing supplier relationship between the two companies. As the seventh company in the group, abovo expands the reach of the Dastex Group, which operates throughout Europe.

abovo, headquartered in Selzach, supplies leading customers in the life sciences, semiconductor, aerospace, and watchmaking industries. The company’s in-depth knowledge of the local market, its established customer relationships, and its multilingual team complement the Dastex Group’s existing operations in Switzerland.

In addition to its core business of cleanroom consumables, abovo offers complementary product lines, including Henkel adhesive technologies and accessories for protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD). The Dastex Group will continue to develop these offerings in collaboration with abovo’s partners and suppliers, while also providing abovo’s customers with access to the Group’s broader product portfolio.
