ESD workbenches from Treston, complete ESD workstations or ESD workbenches with ESD laminate can be customized with the 3D workstation configurator from Treston.
3D workstation configurator from Treston
Treston offers the 3D configurator for the individual design of a Treston workbench or workstation via the Internet as a web application. We will explain below how this online configurator works and what options you have. All you need is an Internet browser (such as Firefox, Chrome or Safari) and an Internet connection to use the workstation configurator.
To illustrate the selection options, the worktables are displayed in 3D in the Treston configurator.
The three-dimensional object visualizations can also be panned back and forth so that they can be viewed from as many sides as possible. The respective selection options, such as the extension products and accessories, are added to the 3D display during selection.
The Treston 3D configurator is free to use. It only takes a few minutes to create an individual workstation in the Treston configurator.
Select work table type
The first step is to use the three-dimensional Treston configurator to select the type of worktable you want to configure.
The following worktable types are available:
- Concept worktable frames
- WB workbench
- TED electric worktable from Treston
- Workbenches
- Concept packing table
- Treston packing table
- TP work table
- TPH work table
Select height adjustability and drive type
You then come to step 2 and, for certain height-adjustable tables, you can choose whether you want the standard version, want to adjust the height manually with a crank or prefer a version with a motor for height adjustment. In some cases, it is also possible to choose a table version that is not height-adjustable at all.
Select the size and material of the work surface
On the selection page in step 2, the configurator also shows the user the available sizes from which they can choose. Furthermore, different material variants of the work surface are usually offered for selection, such as plastic tops, table tops with a steel surface or those made of wood. It is often also possible to choose whether the table top should be laminated or ESD-laminated.
Configure trapeze bar or grid tube modules
Once you have selected the model, its size and the material, you can decide in step 3 whether you want to attach an upright or a grid tube module to your worktable. In some cases, you can also choose from different trapeze bars or grid tube modules.
After selecting the upright or grid tube module, you can select the extension products that are to be attached to it and also define the height at which these additional parts are to be attached.
The following extension products are available, but cannot be combined with every worktable model:
- Steel shelves (with/without pair of dividers)
- Shelves (adjustable or extendable)
- Shelves
- Perforated panels (with/without tool hooks, LCD monitor holder, steel shelf)
- Aluminum box profiles (with/without steel shelf and open-fronted storage box set)
- Roll holder sets
- Energy bars
- Cone holder
- Tilt-adjustable shelves
- Suspension rails (with/without open-fronted storage bins)
- Horizontal cable ducts
- Tool cabinets with perforated panel wall
Accessories
In a fourth step, you can then select the right accessories for the respective worktable. The following list shows the accessories that are available for Treston worktables. However, not every accessory is available for every worktable. First of all, you can choose whether you want the worktable with castors or without castors.
You can then choose from various external trolleys (including storage trolleys, ESD multi-trolleys and assembly trolleys), drawer cabinets, cupboards and chairs (including stools and standing aids).
You can also opt for magnifying lights mounted on the table top and a power strip mounted on the worktop.
Drawer units mounted directly under the worktop (some with cupboard element) are also considered accessories.
And finally, depending on the version, there are accessories such as shelves, keyboard trays, PC holders, Concept cross connectors or footrests for the area under the table.
After configuration
As soon as you are finished with the individual configuration of the Treston workstation or Treston worktable, you will receive a parts list by e-mail and a drawing as well as a quotation from abovo.
