The acquisition builds on a long-standing supplier relationship between the two companies. As the seventh company in the group, abovo expands the reach of the Dastex Group, which operates throughout Europe.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">abovo, headquartered in Selzach, supplies leading customers in the life sciences, semiconductor, aerospace, and watchmaking industries. The company\u2019s in-depth knowledge of the local market, its established customer relationships, and its multilingual team complement the Dastex Group\u2019s existing operations in Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to its core business of cleanroom consumables, abovo offers complementary product lines, including Henkel adhesive technologies and accessories for protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD). The Dastex Group will continue to develop these offerings in collaboration with abovo\u2019s partners and suppliers, while also providing abovo\u2019s customers with access to the Group\u2019s broader product portfolio.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cUnder the leadership of Markus Kaufmann, abovo has built an excellent reputation among its customers in Switzerland over many years,\u201d explains Filip van de Vliet, Chief Executive Officer of the Dastex Group. \u201cThis acquisition strengthens our direct presence in an attractive market where we intend to continue growing in the coming years.
