A distinction is made between conductive and non-conductive die attach pastes and films. As a special type of die attach adhesives, there are fully sintered and semi-sintered die attach adhesives.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Loctite Ablestik 84-1LMI (Ablebond 84-1LMI)<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Loctite Ablestik 84-1LMI adhesive<\/strong> from Henkel, also known as <strong>Ablebond 84-1LMI<\/strong>, is an epoxy-based die-attach adhesive.
