LOCTITE UK 8303 B60 / LOCTITE UK 5400

LOCTITE UK 8303 B60 / LOCTITE UK 5400 is a solvent-free, two-component adhesive based on polyurethane. The resin component (component A) is based on organic compounds containing hydroxyl groups, while the hardener component (component B) is based on isocyanates.
Mixing the two components in a weight ratio of 6:1 causes a chemical reaction that produces a hard, elastic adhesive. The product shows no measurable change in volume after curing.

Due to the natural raw materials (depending on the growing region), there may be color variations between different production batches.

LOCTITE UK 8303 B60 / LOCTITE UK 5400 is used for bonding pretreated metals, plastics, and rigid foam. The main area of application is the manufacture of composite elements (sandwich elements), e.g., for vehicle and container construction, in the construction and shipbuilding industries, and their assembly.
