LOCTITE STYCAST 2850 KT

STYCAST 2850 KT is a highly filled, castable, two-part epoxy encapsulant with greatly enhanced thermal conductivity. It is typically three times better for heat transfer than other currently available thermally conductive systems. It is, of course, also an excellent electrical insulator.
