LOCTITE RC15, Rotor Pump Controller

The LOCTITE RC15 control unit for rotor dispensers is a volumetric dispensing system for precise control of the LOCTITE volumetric Micro Rotor Dispenser 1.0, order no. 1741601 (dosing quantity 0.0012–1.48 ml/min) or the LOCTITE volumetric rotor dispenser 4.0, order no. 1196160 (dosing quantity 0.05–6.0 ml/min). The product supply for the dispensing device can come from any standard liquid tank (6.9 bar). Regulated compressed air and control signals are routed to the tanks via the RC15. If dispensing into cylindrical holes is required, the LOCTITE rotary spray (order no. 135557) can be integrated into the system electrically and operated via the RC15 pump control. Three (3) programs for different dispensing applications can be stored in the RC15 control unit and activated by digital start signals via a higher-level PLC. The RC15 control unit supplies digital signals such as the status of the dispensing and the current fill level to the PLC. When working at a manual workstation without a PLC, the RC15 control unit can be started via a foot switch. There are three (3) different operating modes (quantity, time, start/stop) that can be easily set up via the touchscreen. Dosing parameters such as dosing quantity, suction volume, and suction speed are adjustable.
