LOCTITE PU20, Digital Peristaltic Dispenser

The LOCTITE® PU20 digital peristaltic hose pump is a reliable and effective volumetric dispensing device for low-viscosity single-component adhesives. It is ideal for dispensing precise product quantities with high repeatability. The device is electromechanically operated and does not require a compressed air supply. It transports liquids to a manual dispensing valve by means of pressure displacement exerted by a rotating rotor on a liquid-carrying tube. This dispenser enables the volumetric dispensing of non-thixotropic materials such as cyanoacrylates, anaerobic adhesives, curing products, or solvents up to a viscosity of 5,000 mPa·s. It can be used as a manual or semi-automatic workstation.
