LOCTITE® ECCOBOND E 1216M is a black epoxy-based capillary underfill designed for high-volume assembly applications requiring rapid flow and fast processing. It fully cures within a single reflow cycle while remaining sufficiently stable for shipping and use in large cartridges (up to 0.59 L / 20 oz). Its specially developed formulation eliminates the need for anhydride curing agents.
