LOCTITE ABLESTIK 3880 is a silver, one-component epoxy adhesive for bonding metals, ceramics, rubber, and plastics in electronic components where good adhesion combined with electrical and thermal conductivity is required. It is often used for connecting EMI parts or bonding surface-mounted devices to flexible or rigid substrates. In addition, it is ideal for semiconductor elements and for bonding electrodes, lead wires, and other connections that require conductivity.
