LOCTITE 3616

LOCTITE 3616 is a red, viscous, one-component epoxy adhesive for bonding surface-mounted devices (SMDs) to printed circuit boards prior to wave soldering. It is designed for applications requiring high printing speeds and high wet strength. It is used in particular for printing different dot heights with a stencil thickness, but is also suitable for general bonding of small parts. LOCTITE 3616 cures when exposed to heat above 100°C (212°F), typically within 90-120 seconds at 150°C (302°F).
