LOCTITE 315 / LOCTITE SF 7386 KIT

LOCTITE® 315 / LOCTITE® SF 7386 is the LOCTITE 315 adhesive kit; it contains a syringe with 315 (25 ml) and a bottle of activator 7386 (18 ml) – a thermally conductive adhesive kit for fastening components, e.g., on heat sinks.

Fast curing at room temperature
- Typical applications include power transistors, processors, etc.
High thermal conductivity provides excellent heat dissipation
- Electrically insulating
- Creates a constant gap of 0.15 mm
- Defined strength allows for repairs
- Supplied as a set with a 25 ml syringe of adhesive 315 and an 18 ml bottle of activator 7386
